Conditions of Sale

  1. The goods contained on this invoice remain the property of this Company until payment is received.
  2. The Customer must examine the goods before he/she collects or accepts them and he/she must sign a Delivery Note. Collection or acceptance of materials by the Customer shall be conclusive evidence that he has so examined them and that (except as noted on the Delivery Note) they are free of defects which such examination ought to reveal.
  3. This Company is not liable for any claim arising out of in connection with the Customer’s incorrect specification or incorrect installation of these goods.
  4. The Customer is to indemnify this Company against any claims whatsoever for damages and costs against all liability in respect of any infringement of patent rights resulting from compliance with the Customer’s instructions expressed or implied.
  5. Notice of any claim arising out of or in connection with this sale must be given in writing to this Company within seven Working Days from the date the goods are collected or delivered, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred.
  6. Goods are not sold (or tested) as conforming to any British Standard Specification or as fit for any particular purpose, unless expressly stated in writing, and any term, condition or Warranty that the goods are so fit is excluded.
