Lionsfields at Lambton Park is an exclusive development of 57 luxury homes set within 1,000 acres of historic English countryside.
Designed and delivered by Robertson Homes, the scheme combines high-end architecture with a setting that reflects the character and heritage of the surrounding estate. The development has been recognised at industry level, earning a place on the shortlist for the 2025 Housebuilder Awards.

Supplying 393 brick slip lintels across the site, marked Keystone Lintel’s largest single supply of brick feature lintels to one development.
The scope included:

Each lintel was designed and manufactured to meet strict aesthetic and structural requirements, ensuring seamless integration across a varied and highly detailed development.

Keystone addressed this by designing fully integrated brick slip lintels that concealed structural elements while maintaining the desired traditional appearance. With close to 400 lintels required and each plot featuring unique brick detailing, consistency was critical. Keystone developed plot-specific solutions to ensure accuracy across varying designs while maintaining uniform quality throughout the project. The development featured intricate architectural elements, including herringbone patterned full arch lintels and three-tier, tapered creasing tile arches. These were manufactured off-site as complete units, ensuring precision and repeatability while preserving the intended visual impact. All lintels were fabricated in factory-controlled conditions using BBA-approved, high-performance adhesives. This approach ensured:
- Consistent quality and exact dimensional accuracy
- Reduced reliance on specialist on-site labour
- Protection of the build programme from weather and site constraints
Taking on this project offered an excellent opportunity to collaborate with an award‑winning housebuilder and their talented team. A development of this scale involved an extensive design consultation phase, with complex technical drawings continually refined and exchanged for approval. This process spanned several months and required close coordination with colleagues in production to determine the most effective manufacturing solutions—ensuring the final result met our quality expectations and was delivered on schedule.
The highlight, as always, was visiting the site to see the collective effort of all stakeholders brought to life. Witnessing the finished homes looking exceptional and being enjoyed by their new owners is a rewarding reminder of what makes projects like this truly worthwhile.
To streamline delivery, Keystone’s Senior Technical Engineer, Priyang Patel, oversaw the entire lintel package. This included managing brick collection, coordinating factory production, and leading regular progress meetings with Robertson Homes’ project and design teams. This hands-on approach ensured the original design intent was preserved at every stage.
