The Poro-Cav Lintel features a unique, patented thermal break plate designed to enhance thermal performance while providing effective support to both leaves of the cavity wall.
The inner leaf is supported by a standard Keystone Box lintel with factory-fitted lateral restraint clips. A separately designed outer lintel supports the outer leaf and clips easily into position using the lateral restraint clips fixed to the inner Box lintel.
This two-part system provides resistance to rotation during loading on site, while the thermal break plate helps reduce the path for heat transfer through the lintel.
Available for 100mm and 140mm inner leaf construction, Poro-Cav Lintels provide a practical solution where both structural support and thermal performance need to be considered.
