Working collaboratively from early design stages, Keyfab developed tailored solutions for each house type while identifying opportunities to standardise elements across the scheme. This approach improved installation efficiency, reduced lead times and maintained consistency without compromising individual design requirements.

Particular attention was given to load transfer into masonry, connection detailing and maintaining thermal and airtightness performance. Designs were also aligned with the construction programme, ensuring smooth sequencing and efficient on-site installation.
