The solution was engineered to accommodate slab edge variation and simplify the installation process, while contributing to the development’s clean architectural finish.

Working closely with the project team, Keystone designed and supplied 26 balconies and 10 ground floor rails, along with the associated structural steelwork, for Phase 1 of the build. We developed bespoke connector stubs to accommodate positional variation in the slab edge anchors.

We delivered fully-welded balcony structures to reduce the need for on-site assembly, while slotted connections on the split sections allowed for thermal movement on longer spans. The result was a practical, repeatable method that streamlined the installation and fitted in perfectly with the aesthetic of the finished façade.
